Make sure to add these to your favourites. As always, you can still type !servers in game to switch automagically using the menu.

GECLAN R300 Closed


Unfortunately the GECLAN R300 is now shutdown due to the behaviour of people connected within and without the community.

Further bullsh*t will result in the DNS records expiring.

GE Deathamatch Relaunch

GE deathmatch is officially being relaunched today. Now found at 87.117.202.145.

The server is totally lag free, and offers a number of competitive maps.

GE Servers Online

All GE servers are now online and functional.

In the event of myself and other Server Admins being away during another SRCDS update. Server files are now updated via script at 4 am each morning, in case the auto update procedure should fail as did happen this weekend.

I hope you will all support GE and resume playing on our servers, the user count is increasing steadily once again.

GE Servers Temporarily Down


As you all know, Valve, in there wisdom, decided to port Counter Strike Source to the Orangebox engine when it was not really ready. So they are constantly releasing updates to fix the stuff they should of fixed to start with, that everyone told them to fix beforehand.

Well one of these latest updates have caused ALL our servers to fail.

You may notice the message 'The server you are trying to connect to is running an older version of the game.'

The servers should automatically update them selves to the latest version of SRCDS. Then after a restart they are good to go.

This has not happened this time.

OK, so I have proceeded to update all the servers on the R300 (old dedi)

In all instances Hlds update tool reports we have the latest version of everything.
